Inspections
Inspections are done Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Weekly Service clients receive 1 evening or weekend inspection per month.

No Contracts
We bill all our services on an individual or monthly basis. No long term contracts. Fees can be paid by check, credit card or auto deducted from your bank account.
Cost of services performed by vendors, contractors are separate from service pricing.
Additional Services Coordination and Personal errand services
Wether your tasks are personal or business related we are here to offer a helping hand and tailor your needs including lawn mowing, stocking fridge upon arrival, vehicle maintenance starting up now and then, picking up dry cleaning, driving to and from the airport.
